Hold Me Tight!

Here in Texas we try our hardest to stay cool and look good doing it but this lady defies all the rules of the hot Texas weather with...Tights! Who wears tights in summer? And with ill fitting shorts at that.
I know it's cold in the refrigerated sections of the grocery store but there is just no excuse for this.
