Scrunchies...

"Scrunchy" is not just an accessory for your hair but is also a term used to describe a certain look in fashion, or lack there of rather.
Scrunchy in the hair, bulky dated sweater, RED pants (red...really?) and if you can't tell those are black socks with sandals.
First and foremost scrunchies are "out", secondly this women looks as though she has been snowed into her log cabin for a couple of months, not going to work...in public!!
